For our sommelier, we called upon the talent and experience of Frederic Lebeau. A sommelier for over 20 years, he cut his teeth at La Caravelle in Marseille then at Courchevel and in St Tropez. In 2008, he joined the Bagatelle Group and became their official sommelier. He participated in the opening of restaurants in New York, Monaco, St Tropez, and St. Barthélemy, where he has been the head sommelier at Tamarin restaurant since 2020.
